She has been honoured with the World’s Greatest Leaders and Brands award, and the most prestigious State Teachers award, to name a few out of her extensive bouquet.

She has served in the education field for more than twenty-five years and co-founded the renowned St. Froebel Senior Secondary School, India. Under her principalship, not only students but even parents were guided holistically.

Dr. Kavita Monga is a person who walks the talk and her work in this field speaks volumes of the same. To impart the best to students at all levels Dr. Monga decided to travel around the world and study various policies, education systems and seek knowledge from the most renowned institutions like Harvard, IIT etcetera. Due to her impeccable training and profound knowledge and experience she has a deep understanding of student and parent psychology which enables her to understand the needs and aspirations of ‘Gen Z’extremely well.
